The aura is of the Enigmatic style, which is a random chance drop from the Resurgance Mega Capsules, or usually found on the broker under the Styles -> Aura category. The feet is of the Orrery Guardian style, which can be bought from Rip Hunter whenever the Save the Universe event releases (I got it before the event ended, when it first came out).
The legs are of the HIVE Defender style, which can be dropped from doing any T2 or higher lantern or HIVE content. The hands are of the Reactive Battle Gauntlets style, which can also be bought from Booster Gold. The emblem is of the Enhanced Indigo Tribe Emblem style, which can be bought from Booster Gold, along with all of the other Lantern Corps emblems.
II duo (Ferris Aircraft, I believe) or the alert (Oan Sciencells), or just about any instance from doing any of the lantern content. DCUO Census provides players a tool where they can find detailed information about Characters and. The shoulders are of the Sector 3601 style, usually dropped in the Battle for the Light Pt. The chest, back, and waist are of the Future Warden style, a purple gear rarity found from the Legion of Doom vendor it can also be dropped from doing the elite (or regular) Legion of Doom duo, alert, or raid. The face is of the Monitor style, found in the anniversary vendors only available once a year, or also sometimes sold on the broker under the Styles -> Face category. The head is of the Bionic style, a gold gear rarity that can be bought from the Teen Titans: Judas Contract vendor.
